A step up from our ‘Pasta Class': we will start from easy Tagliatelle then quickly move on to traditional Ravioli and Tortelloni but also more modern filled Pappardelle and our usual show stopper: the single ‘Egg Raviolo’.
This class It’s fun, informative and easier than you think.
After the class you will sit down and enjoy fruits of your labour with a tasty glass of wine.
